i so wanna blog about my life.

to be precise, i actually missed blogging .

i went to caiyi's birthday celebration at sakae marina and chilling at daybed bar.

my digicam went bersek.

my primary school gathering was pretty fun at fisherman.

i bought 3 pairs of shoes - 1 pair of sandals and 2 pairs of wedges.

my soon-to-be status.

blah.blah.blah.

so much so that i dunno where should i start from.

sigh.

Daybed Bar !

catching mi3 at the cathay followed by dinner at ichiban boshi and finally chilling at daybed bar was our plan fer yesterday!!

the cathay is GRAND. no wonder is called The Grand Cathay. lame.

hahahaha.

alrighty, shall not be irritating here.

imagine there is an usher ushering you into the cinema. ( isn't this not practise here in this modern city anymore? )
rare scene, ok understood.

don't you feel so "important", like you are on the guest list or whatever VIP list? ( anyway, i can't really be bothered with this cos i'm just saying fer the sake of saying. )

unlss you always go to the theaters to catch those classy plays eg: "The Sound of Music" etc.

at TGC, you will get this kind of treatment.

wanna feel even more shiok? try The Picturehouse instead.

sitting on the dunno how many tens of thousands oscar seats is what i called the first class treatment but dozing off while watching the classic films ain't my taste.

worth trying anyway cos in this lifetime of mine, i will not even have the chance to sit on the real one.

back to mi3. it is so exciting and it never fail my attention, not at all. the sound system is fantatsic. i almost got deaf.

ohhhh.... Tom Cruise is sooooooooooooo handsome too. his kissable lips *taste so yummy yummy.

*slurps*

sorry Brad, this time round, Tom won.

dinner was great as usual but i ate quite little. so wasted. maybe i ate too fast or maybe i'm too hungry that i lost my appetite once i started feasting. i'm not sure.

met up lian at daybed bar fer our chilling session.

the exterior is white and looks like such a comfy place.
indeed it is!!

the interior is white throughout too.
white beds, white tables, white walls, while ashtrays etc.

i love it deep deep.

the moment we settled down, we started taking pixs.

we were spoilt fer choices. there are simply alot of nice cocktails available and in different flavours to choose from.

i was looking around when dear ber took this pix of me. i seriously looked like i'm waiting fer my Mr Right huh.
lol.

while waiting fer our martinis, this 2 started fiddling around with my digicam. taking pixs at every and any angles they could think of.

The Loof !!

29th April 2006 :

met up my darlings to discuss and use our progress package wisely. =)

and also to bond, gossip and people watch.

i think i wanna buy this white Coach bag. just the right size fer my junk stuff.

we window-shopped in DFS fer almost 2 hours before heading down to eat at suntec.

we had sushi as usual, thanks darlings!! love you all so much!!

Melvin came to pick us up fer our chilling session @ The Loof

woah, it's such a nice place to chill and cosy up to one another.

there was a hen party before we were there. all of them were wearing white tank tops with pink words printed on it. sweet. there were many pink balloons tied to their wrists, bags etc. the whole atmosphere was simply so cool. what a great idea to hold a hen party there. =)

- saw this and decided to take a shot -

we settled ourselves comfortably and began looking at the drinks menu.

- Lian & I ordered lychee martini each -

- Ber had strawberry margarita -

- Mel had peach margarita -

all of the seats were almost fully reserved. gotta make your reservation early is our advice.

we began chatting and of cos, photo-whoring will not be missed.

Melvin said he felt like a superstar, with all the flashlights around him.

by 10.15pm, we already felt so warm cos not much wind that night. we decided to leave.

we actually sat inside Mel's mini van and discussed where shall we go next.

suggestions included playing board games, karaoke and movies.

in the end we chose karaoke. we went to party world orchard thinking there were ample rooms. who knows, we had to wait until 12 or 1 am fer our room. we left and went to kbox cineleisure. yet it's the same situation there too. so our last choice, movie.

all movie slots were either sold out, filling fast leaving only the first/second rows or the next slot was at 1 or 2am. that's too late.

we settled on watching korean love movie : You Are my Sunshine.

it's a funny and a very touching movie. alot of people were crying and busy sniffing their noses.

i felt so touched by the man's love fer his wife. there isn't such man on this earth anymore i guess. =(

well.. still wish i will meet one.

Another Day Of Shopping Again.

saturday 22nd April 2006 :

my 1st loot of the day - a Italy Puma bag at $39.

i love Italy. i love my Del Piero.i love world cup.

finally i used my CK Tangs vouchers after keeping it with me fer more then 2yrs.

to me, CK TANGS is a very posh shopping centre (other than Palais Renessiance, Paragon and Takashimaya) i seriously have nothing/too many things to buy there.

fer example, there's MAC counter.
i love browsing through their products, be it lip glosses to blushers.
it never fail my attention. not at all.

then there is the Fragrance section.
i totally DIG it.

already on my shopping list are Michael Kors " The Island " and MAC products.

so i told my cousin we shall walk around and check out other new/existing products before i make my selection.

i tried on CK Euphoria. not too bad, pretty floral and sexy.

then i walked straight over to Tommy Hilfiger counter (why this counter and not Burberrys? cos M.K is under Estee company so do T.H. i used to be an Estee employee in the travel retail side) and tried some fragrances. the friendly guy approached us after 2 minutes.

i asked fer M.K and he brought us over and introduced us the latest fragrance which is " The Island ". when i smell it again, i firmly told myself i wanted this the most.

i'm have been lusting fer this since i'm at Bangkok airport.

it cost a whopping $125. luckily i had $110 vouchers so i need to top up only $15.

finally i bought my 2nd thing after 3 hours of incessant shopping.

wooohoooo!!!!

we proceeded to Far East to continue our shopping.

we went to Ricks, 1 of our favourite hunt fer bags. there are so many bags to choose from. prices ranging from maybe $20-$100?

my eyes set upon a white bag. the straps are detachable. can be use as a sling bag too.
not bad, i like.

i paid fer it and felt great! my 2nd bag of the day.

i got myself a pair of cheap earings opposite Ricks. $6.90 only.

time was 10.30pm when i started feeling tired and all the shops were starting to close fer the day.

time to head home but there were no cabs available. we had no choice but to walk all the way to my Paterson Edge apartment.

and also i saw princess kal and her " him " thrice at orchard on this shopping day of mine. what a coincidence. we knew we were heading to town but did not expect to bump into one another more than twice. =)))
