Our Honeymoon @ Hongkong.

hello everyone!! i'm back.

lugging my luggage filled with dirty clothes and nothing new except a tee-shirt each, a crystal ornamant of us, super small souveniers fer some and food.

sigh.

super expensive stuff. simply thinking of it will just make my heart ache.

but at least we took alot alot of photos. it will be etached in our memory till we are old and wrinkled. i also got to spend every single moment with darling.

day 1 :

after checking in, dar had big breakfast.
we sorta walked around. it's so blissfully quiet at the wee hours.

we reached hongkong.
collected our luggages and waited fer our coach to disney hollywood hotel.
i had hui lau shan's mango blended drink with mango and aloa vera cubes.
yummy.

disneyland resort is BIGGGGGGG!!!

the parades were fantastic.
my goosebumps stood up when i saw them dancing and singing away.
i dunno why so please don't ask me.

and by the way, they sang in cantonese.

my foot can't take my weight any longer so we went back to our suite.
to my pwah pwah reaction, we had 2 queen size beds!!!!

wooohooooooo!!!!

everything in there are so disney.
disney's bath curtain, shampoo, conditioner, showergel, comforter, 'paper slippers' etc.

we had a quick wash-up and left fer kowloon.
even the train is so disney.

navy velvet couch and filled with bronzed disney figurines.

we went to temple street at jordan area. it was super hot there.
we had dinner and walked around before making our way back to our hotel.

the moment i lie down on the super duper comfy bed, i fell asleep before you can spell ' o.n.e '.

day 2 :

checked out at 12 noon and took MTR to our hotel at kowloon.

our hotel SUCKED BIG TIME!!
once we entered the room, we sighed very loudly.

it's even worse than the cheap hotel that i stayed at bangkok.

everything are so rusty.

shucks.

well, no choice.

so we sat on the bed and planned our day.

we decided to go to central fer dar's dim-sum, milk tea and my egg-tart.
after which we will take a tram up to victoria's peak fer madame tussurds museum and to take photos of the gorgeous day and night view from the top.

day 3 :

our plan today was to visit lautau island's big buddha.

day 4 :

our last day in hongkong.
gotta fully utilise our time before catching our flight back.

we decided to buy the most famous egg-tarts back to singapore.

inside coach to the airport. darling don't want to take pixs cos he's super busy eating his bread.
i don't care and so i forced him to smile.
heh heh heh. :P

our flight was delayed fer 2 hours+ due to some inbound flight problem.

we walked around before deciding to sit down at starbucks.

me disturbing darling. he f*** care me. continue to sleep like nobody's business.

finally he showed some pissed off face.

Yeh! We Are Flying Off In A Few Hours Time!

so today was pretty a stay home day fer me and darling.
we woke up at abt 10+ to watch some variety shows before going out to buy our brunch back.

napped fer some 2 hours or 3 hours?

i can't remember.

i got up to slacked around before taking my bath.

we met up dar's best friend and girlfriend at a seafood restaurant at geylang area.
they had dinner and after which we went to marina square to window shop.
obviously some stuff caught my attention but i promised darling that i won't anyhow spend $.

we are flying off in a few hours time fer goodness sake!!!

but at least i had some decent ice-cream. a combination of milk tea and dark chocolate.
heard it's low fat which is what i really need.

yummy yummy yummy.

we reached home and channel surfed.
no nice shows.

sigh.

we thought of sleeping but instead we chatted and chatted.
we got up to watch tv and went to read up the hongkong map to familiarise with the area well.
we decided to sleep again but i can't seem to fall asleep.
and so, yours truly me got up to cook myself a packet of instant noodles to fill up my rather empty stomach.

so here i am, feeling full and energise whereas darling fell asleep.

well, i guess i gotta go take my bath and prepare myself before waking darling up.

i will miss all of you alot.
i sounded like i'm leaving singapore fer good huh.

hahahaha.

i gonna strut down hongkong streets in my new madrid birks.

premium shipping is so much faster than the normal air-shipping.

it took 6 days to reach us. pretty fast huh.

well, why did i said so?

cos yesterday i was just telling my aunt that our birks might arrive either on thursday or friday.

to my surprise, it was sent to us yesterday afternoon when all of us were out.
why it was not send to us when i'm on 2 days mc?

well, is always like that. when you want it badly, it won't appear. when you are least concern about it, it appears.

and so, we have to collect it from sing post today.

sigh.

my predictions are always so accurate.

Counting Down To Our Trip.

exactly 5 days later, we will be at the city of shopping paradise - Hongkong.

i've decided to fly off light and hopefully lugging back heavy luggage. =)))

i'm super duper kiasu.

i've decided to bring 1 polo-tee, 2 tees, 1 spag top, 1 baby doll, 1 off-shoulder, 1 knit fleece with 1 denim skirt, 1 khaki shorts, 1 berms and 1 3/4 capris fer our 4 days trip.

isn't it too many?

you tell me lah, how to fly light huh?

cos i have no idea what to bring there.

darling will surely think i'm crazy.

finally our orders are shipped after 2 1 month of waiting.

with 1 pair currently still out of stock, we had no choice but to choose another alternative.

i hope i will receive them by next friday before everyone travel abroad.

Explored Vivo City On Dar's Birthday.

just like its name, VIVO CITY is BIGGGGG!!!!

the moment we stepped in, we felt like a midget.

its filled with people of all ages enjoying the dance performance and " traffic police " directing traffic around.

whatever you name, you have it there.

C K Tangs, Bebe, NafNaf, Tommy Hifilger, Gap, Forever 21, Espirt, Crocs, Best Denki, Crystal Jade, Coffeebean, Candy Empire, Golden Village and a whole lot more including jewellery stores etc etc.

what i like about V.City is the beautiful scenery overlooking Sentosa.

gorgeous.

ohh well, we booked movie tickets fer "rob-b-hood" and "stay alive" 1 day in advance cos we were afraid there might not be any seats available.

true enough, the whole cinema was full house.

worse still, the aircon there was not working well and it was so warm while watching the movies that it sucks totally.

you no need to worry about not finding any parking lot cos there's way too many but please be careful if you are riding.

at that particular entrance, there's this hump which is very high. if you are riding those sports bike, it might crack your "shell".

it happened to darling's baby. his "shell" is already half gone and hence the hard impact cracked the "shell" even more. he's so heartpain till now.

the stupid haze that day spoilt our nonetheless super good mood.

it hit at 150 at the highest.

i felt like i'm at genting but a burned genting.

A Birthday Surprise.

here i am typing a fast entry about darling's birthday surprise which will take place at party world orchard later.

so i promised him i'm going with him there tonight and then i told him i'm not going cos i have some other commitments.

yada yada yada.

and so silly darling believe me.

i went on with my plan.
ordered a particular cake from prima deli (a special request by him when i celebrate with him on his actual day which falls on sat. )
co-ordinated with his collegues like switching off the lights(thanks kalin sweetie fer suggesting it) and bringing the cake in at the stroke of 12am.

looks like everything set huh.

hmmmm....

what else is still missing?
