Lacking of Self - Discipline, indeed.

i'm actually on a very strict diet to regain my svelte figure, from a heavy 46.4kg to my desired 40kg. (i know im fat!) as i'm typing this entry, double stuf oreo cookies are accompanying me. so tempting.
=(((

ok back to what i'm saying.

and yet 1 week before i'm deemed to travel to Shanghai, i lost it totally. that was the beginning of my month long nightmare.

i began to eat punctually and fully. almost everyday with 3 "hearty" meals and snacks faithfully. cos i told myself since i'm going away fer 12 days, why not i pamper myself with local food first? then shopping will cure my thirst later. great idea huh.
i ate my favourite laska, roti-prata, pasta, egg-mayo sandwich etc etc. all the most sinful and fattening food you can think of. pounds were escalating faster then i can imagine. the thought of travelling pushed the scary weight gain thingy to the back of my mind.

and then the worse thing was "you know lah" haven't come yet. i felt so damn bloated even though i ate little at times. sigh.

i thought i would eat alot there, like i never eat before in my whole damn life. but then, i did not. it may be due to the cold weather which resulted in me having about 1 or 2 meals a day and some snacks to fill up my stomach.

after i came back, i took "some time" to adapt. i ate like usual until now. i'm seriously lacking of self-discipline.

tomorrow, i will try to eat
little.
this i hope will make me try my very best and i will cling on
tight to the mindset of a slender
me before cny.
A Ja A Ja, Fighting !!!

chinese new year is just next week. i need to be able to fit into all my pretty clothes and look photogenic. =)))
hahahaha.

- new loot -

i will just go crazy when it comes to
shopping. i love all sorts of earrings, necklaces, watches, clothes and
stilettos etc etc. Yippee!!! i bought my first pair of Levis' Engineered
jeans. simply love the red buttons lots. this year 2006, i'm into mustard
colour and casual chic
style.
small doses of Victorian look when i feel like it.

- cousin's wedding at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel -

the first time my family and i attended a Christian Wedding. it was a great experience though. quite alot of pastors were there too. its a pity i did not mamaged to catch any glimpse of the cuties or rather there was none. heee.
